That’d be hilarious because - I think - a SCOTUS judge can only be removed if they can be proven to be mentally unfit.. which is unlikely to happen since he was just voted in.

Yeah, Roberts is really, REALLY smart and I can’t imagine anyone could claim he’s “mentally unfit” with a straight face.

(I’m a pretty liberal Democrat who’s pissed at the 22 Democrats who voted against him…)
